How much are houses

Last night I managed to get my better half to look at some houses with me on rightmove. It did go well. First of all I put in our town name within a 10 mile radius along with our budget.

She systematically said nope, nope, nope, definitely not and nope. "I don't want next door neighbors on top of me."

So what she was basically saying was she wanted a detached house. So I quickly updated the results.

Not good.

So as last last failed attempt I widen the area using their draw your own map feature missing out the areas we didn't want to live. Whilst applying these settings it came back with only 6 properties within budget. 2 of which she had already dismissed and the other four were building plots and we would not only have to build a house we would have to spend more on top just to buy the materials.

In the end she settled on browsing through houses she couldn't afford. Oh well we shall see.

This guy is amazing the level commitment he goes to using less fuel. Personally I would buy a different car. Anyway always inspired everytime I watch this:

I would tell him my car does like 50 mpg without even trying. Love the idea of his business. Shame he doesn't have a family to support because then it would be more relevant to myself.

Learn to write before you can code stupid

I don't know what it is. I always have to urge to learn how to do some coding. Make something in an up and coming programing language. Trouble is I struggle with them. I had enough trouble using html. Plus I always get really board in the hello world tutorial and give up after then.

If I were being honest I would be better off learning how to write better. Create content to a better quality. Quickly so I can push the stuff out.

It would benefit my job far more than any coding knowledge but I still get the urges but if I were to start to learn I would head here. Focus Richard focus!

Tomorrow Tomorrow

I'm looking forward to seeing my partner and the girls today. Its been nearly a week since I have seen them. Boy has it dragged. Still to the weekend because I'm off tomorrow. Contemplating what new phone to get as my contract is up at the end of the month.

Its sad really because I was looking forward to maybe getting a new iphone 5 but they are no different. So I think the galaxy s3 is on the cards.
